Corporate dues are
billed based on the number of individuals and or family members enrolled
through the
corporation.
Family members are consist of anyone living at the same address that are
18 years of age or younger and
under legal guardianship.
Annual Members may
upgrade to a Lifetime Membership and all fees may be applied towards the
Lifetime
Initiation Fee. All memberships are non-transferable.
