Rorie Pickett
Certified Personal Trainer
National Academy of Sports Medicine
Exercise and fitness has been a part of my life for over 20 years. I have been weight training since the age of 18 and truly enjoy seeing how it can manipulate each muscle to create an attractive physique. I am very passionate about my profession and sharing my experience and knowledge with others. It is my personal commitment to every client to help transform his/her body and lifestyle. There is no better feeling than assisting someone in accomplishing their fitness and nutritional goals and witnessing the change not only in their physique, but also in their confidence level and outlook on life.
My main area of focus when training individuals is simply to make sure that the client reaches his/her goal. Whether it is weight loss, weight/muscle gain, increased stamina, strength training or sports conditioning, the client's goals dictate the method of training. It is my desire to educate each client on proper form and technique when exercising the various body parts and its proper name, as well as safety and hazards associated with various equipment. Once the client's goals are met, they can then take what they have learned and apply it to their exercise regime to help maintain their progress.
Let me help you make your goals, ambitions and physical transformations a reality by developing a realistic program specifically for you to achieve your optimum performance. Cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and guidance on proper nutrition will be key components of your experience. It will not be easy and it will take 100% commitment from you, but remember....all you need is motivation and commitment and anything can happen.
